   amo alvin, makauyam na minsan. talawonon pa dili man lang napakilala. dako-dako siguro na hang-ups sadi sa OLPS. badi ex-sem man ini na nakick-out o kaya nagluwas kay dili nakayanan an buhay OLPS, or basi dili nakapasar sa entrance exam sa OLPS :-)

   actually the IP blocks are only registered to their respective ISP's contact persons, they have actually subnetted it already and assigned anywhere else, they have the list to verify it.
